Previously, Alex founded, built, and led the Proprietary Deal Team to lead lower mid-market buyouts at ESW Capital, a leading software private equity firm. Before ESW, Alex was an investment analyst at GMT Capital, a $5B value-oriented hedge fund. Alex began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and as a private equity associate with Audax Group.
Alex received his AB from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Garret is a Vice President at TCP where he focuses on sourcing and business development. Previously, Garret helped build the Proprietary Deal Team at ESW Capital, a leading software private equity firm. Garret is the President of Greenleaf Sustainable Foods, and previously worked in tech consulting with Davis & Hosfield Consulting.

Bobbi is a co-founding Operating Partner of TCP, where she works with portfolio companies to achieve transformational change and optimize operations. Previously, Bobbi was a portfolio company COO at ESW Capital, a leading software private equity firm. Before ESW, Bobbi was President at 2 non-profits, a sales engineering Director at Oracle, and a product manager at Dun & Bradstreet. Bobbi began her career as a solution architect at i2 Technologies and software marketer at Trilogy.
Bobbi received her BS in engineering from MIT and her MBA from the University of Texas.
Dragana is an Operating VP at TCP, where she focuses on helping portfolio companies with org/process design and recruiting, QA, SaaS operations, and professional services. Previously, Dragana was a VP of Integrations at ESW Capital, a leading software private equity firm. Before ESW, Dragana ran PMOs and IT transformations at Ereste Bank, Ahold Delhaize, Schnerider Electric, and Hypo Alpe. Dragana began her career as an economist for Serbia Electric Power.

Erdem is Operating VP at TCP, where he focuses on helping portfolio companies optimize software engineering processes and practices. Previously, Erdem was a Software Engineering Manager at ESW Capital, a leading software private equity firm. Before ESW, Erdem was Software Engineering Manager at VeriPark. Erdem began his career as a software developer and continued as a software architect in the Telecommunication and Call Center sectors.

Previously, Fuat was Site Reliability Engineering Manager at ESW Capital, a leading software private equity firm. Fuat began his career as a developer and functional CRM Consultant at Basari Holding.

Phil is a co-founding Vice President of TCP where he focuses on evaluating, executing new investments, and corporate development and strategy for portfolio companies. Previously, Phil helped build the Deal Team at ESW Capital, a leading software private equity firm, where he completed 11 investments. Before ESW, Phil was a venture capitalist at International Accelerator. Phil began his career in VC and consulting at KBS Ventures.

James is a Senior Associate at TCP and focuses on transaction execution. Prior to joining TCP, James worked at Peak Rock Capital, a $2bn private equity firm. Prior to Peak Rock Capital, James worked at Diversis Capital, an software private equity firm based in LA. James began his career in investment banking at Lazard and UBS.

Corinne is an Operating VP at TCP, where she helps portfolio companies optimize their sales and marketing. Previously, Corinne was Head of Sales, NA at ins-pi, where she built out their enterprise sales strategy. Before ins-pi, Corinne was active in sales and marketing at ESW Capital, Quartzy, and Noteflight. Corinne began her career in operations at MIT Investment Management Company and Intellia Therapeutics (a CRISPR company).
